Trump asked for more nuclear weapons before Tillerson called him a ‘moron’
We now know one of the reasons Rex Tillerson reportedly called the president a “moron”: President Donald Trump reportedly asked the military to multiply its stockpile of nuclear weapons by a factor of about 10 at a meeting this past Summer, according to NBC.
Increasing the United States’s nuclear arms would run contrary to what the nation’s nuclear policy has been for decades, and would break international treaties designed to reduce the world’s number of nuclear weapons.
It is perhaps the worst-kept secret of all time that Trump and Tillerson are about a sideways glance away from trying to strangle each other. Tillerson has reportedly nearly resigned from his post as secretary of state, and Trump seems to go out of his way to undercut anything Tillerson says. Trump also challenged Tillerson to an IQ test in an interview with Forbes.
The president can’t seem to decide whether he wants us to know if the “Tillerson called Trump a moron” rumor is true or not. Trump attacked the initial NBC report as “fake news,” and, according to tweets sent Wednesday morning, he doesn’t like NBC’s report about his nuclear weapons comments, either. In the tweets, he again threatened to rip a hole in the First Amendment.
With all of the Fake News coming out of NBC and the Networks, at what point is it appropriate to challenge their License? Bad for country!

Who knows how this ends, but you can be sure people are putting money on whether Tillerson walks out the door before the year’s up.
