Tragedy struck when a girl’s leftovers were eaten taken, and listen, we get it.
Twitter user Akira posted about her sister, who upon realizing her leftovers had been stolen, sat on the couch angrily for over 2 hours.
Many Twitter users stood in solidarity with Akira’s sister:
Man, that ain’t right, eating your sister’s leftovers. Tell her that Twitter agrees, that ain’t right.

she was showering and imagining what couch she was going to eat the left overs on, she even had a vision about what Netflix special she would watch while eating that food, she was ready to start a food blog about how good left overs are. Then someone eats it, I would be mad too

They make a good point.
They even gave her recommendations for what to do should this ever happen again, some more dramatic than others:
A little over the top, but the message is clear.
People felt so moved by the story that they were inclined to then share their own tales of woe:
This was me far too often in college only to find out I was the one who ate them blacked out at 2am 😂
