Surface Laptop and Laptop 2 Receive Microsoft’s January 2019 Cumulative Firmware

Microsoft has announced the availability of new cumulative firmware and drivers pack targeted at its Surface Laptop and Surface Laptop 2 devices, namely the January 24 (2019) update, which improves the system’s overall stability via new file versions.

Specifically speaking, the current release installs new Surface Integration Service Device (, Surface ME Firmware (, Surface System Aggregator (, Surface Touch Firmware (, and Surface UEFI Firmware (137.2439.769) packages.

In addition to that, Microsofts ensures the reliability of the Pen top button click on Surface Pen with no clip-on (for Windows 10 October 2018 Update) via its System Devices version, and applies HIDClass that enables firmware update for Surface Pen with no clip.
