Nike unveils 2018 Vision Collection with modern and retro designs

Warmer weather is upon us and Nike is gearing up for outdoor sports season with the release of its new Nike Vision collection. Geared towards golfers – but functional for all – this new selection of eyewear is both stylish and functional. Nike has reimagined sunglasses in hopes of eliminating some of the issues that have plagued some designs in the past.

All together, Nike is bringing four new models to market in 2018. Prices start at $125 and go up from there. Head below for more details including how you can pick up a pair for yourself.

It may seem like sunglasses are sunglasses these days, but Nike is promising to take your outdoor vision to a whole different level in 2018. Modern styles and a new “cutting-edge air pocket temple-cushioning technology” promise all-day comfort.

Along with physical design changes, Nike Vision is also introducing Course Tint, which is designed to block sunlight and highlight lines and contours in outdoor settings. It also removes out certain colors that can be dangerous to your eyes overtime, a topic that’s particularly hot these days. Each of today’s releases also sport 100% UVA and UVB protection.

The Maverick glasses start at $145 and come in five different colors with a lightweight frame new flexible temple arms. Those that prefer a more traditional look will reach for the Outriders that retail for $155-$210 and are available in six colorways. A more budget-focused Premier line retails for $125 with a lightweight frame.

Rounding out today’s releases are the new Pivot Six and Eight collection that come in four colors, and promise a “lightweight, minimal design for optimal fit and comfort.”

Nike’s latest collection is available for purchase today direct from the manufacturer. You can expect to see these glasses on the links at major PGA events this spring, including the Masters, which is just a few weeks away.
