Microsoft Releases Major Surface Pro Firmware Update
Microsoft has released a new Surface Pro firmware update that brings lots of improvements to the device, including Bluetooth refinements and better Surface Pen accuracy.
Offered to devices running Windows 10 Fall Creators Update (version 1709) and April 2018 Update (version 1803), the new firmware update is available for both the Surface Pro and the Surface Pro with LTE Advanced.
It brings a driver update for Marvell AVASTER Bluetooth radio adapter to version 15.68.9125.57, improving system security, as well as Surface Integration Service Device driver version 184.108.40.206 to improve system stability.
A more important highlight in this new firmware update is an update for the Surface Touch driver to version 220.127.116.11 to improve pen and touch performance, technically addressing the accuracy issues that users have been complaining about for so long.
