Microsoft Brings Another Key Windows 10 Feature to macOS

Microsoft has become very committed to providing its customers with full access to the company’s apps and services regardless of the platform they choose, and if this involves Apple’s macOS, there’s absolutely no problem.

As a result, Microsoft is occasionally rolling out updates aimed at Apple users connecting to its services, and today marks another important milestone in this approach.

The software giant has started rolling out OneDrive Files On-Demand on macOS, with the first devices getting it as we speak.

OneDrive Files On-Demand is one particular Windows 10 highlight, as it allows users to keep their devices in sync with data stored in the cloud. With Files On-Demand, OneDrive doesn’t download the full cloud content, but instead uses placeholders to allow quick browsing and low bandwidth usage.
