‘Game of Thrones’ fan spots sneaky dragonglass clue in very brief shot from episode 1 of S7

Warning: Contains spoilers from Game of Thrones Season 7, episode 1.

From the looks of Season 7 episode one, dragonglass is now more valuable than gold dust in Game of Thrones.

Not only will it be needed to defeat the massive undead army knocking on the door of the realm of men, but it may even have some sweet health benefits too.

Anyway, remember Sam’s discovery of a possible dragonglass mine on Dragonstone?

Apparently it’s right there on the coast, not far from Daenerys’ new castle.

Well, from the looks of this screengrab shared by eagle-eyed Redditor Da_King_N_D_Norl, we may have already caught a glimpse of the mine itself.

That shot is taken from when Daenerys first steps ashore on the island. We don’t know for sure if it’s the cave on Sam’s map, but it would make sense wouldn’t it?

The location would be about right, and it would be just like the Game of Thrones showrunners to throw something like that in just to tease us.

So, next steps: Sam tells Jorah about the cure, the two of them travel to Dragonstone together, they tell Daenerys about the mine, and everyone lives happily ever after.

Right, Game of Thrones? Right?!
