Bethesda’s Skyrim Very Special Edition can actually be played on Alexa
It’s Monday and you might need a laugh. Leading up to video game publisher Bethesda’s pre-E3 press conference, there were plenty of jokes about what platforms were possibly left for the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim which was first released in Nov 2011. But Bethesda poked fun of itself and all the Skyrim ports after Bethesda Director Todd Howard took the stage and announced “Skyrim Very Special Edition.”
That led to a funny video starring Keegan Michael Key playing the “ultimate version” of Skyrim via Amazon’s Alexa voice assistant.
The gag went on to show Skyrim on platforms such as Etch-a-sketch, a Motorola pager and the screen of a Samsung smart refrigerator.
